   Keep insurance, care, payment and referral evidence without uploading sensitive records to public services.

   When seeking care, confirm the facility, opening arrangement and payment route before a non-emergency visit.

   Before leaving, list academic completion, certificates, account/data, accommodation and status-related tasks.

   Retain final receipts and contact routes for unresolved records after departure.
